Stair stringers

Stair stringers are supplied as either standard in-ground or on-concrete installation. We keep standard 175 rise, hot dip galvanized stringers from 1 to 17 treads regularly in stock. However, we are able to customise stair stringers according to your specifications, in line with building code.

Steel posts and columns

We make steel posts and columns using square hollow section (SHS), rectangular hollow section (RHS) and pipe (CHS) materials. We can supply any combination of base and top plates, including corner, straight, tee and vertical plates. Welded plates can also be added to suit any application of our steel posts and columns. Surface finishes include pre-galvanized, hot dip galvanized or zinc rich primed. These posts and columns are suitable for new home builds, existing house restumping, fencing, building decks, and supporting steel and timber beams.

Beams

We fabricate structural universal beams (UB), universal columns (UC) and parallel flange channel (PFC) beams cut to length and drilled, with the addition of welded plates if required. Surface coating can be zinc rich primed, hot dip galvanized or industrial painted according to required specifications. These beams are typically used to support decks, open up a space within a structure through removal of posts, and to help remove old walls.

Steel erection, installation and on-site welding

We offer full steel erection, installation and on-site welding services for our fabricated products. All site work is performed by our fully equipped, dedicated on-site team with qualified welders. We offer full on-site project management to ensure professional installation of your structural steel is maintained throughout your project. Our on-site service includes crane and lifting solutions, as well as access through elevated work platforms (EWPs).
Full safety documentation is provided through safe work method statements, and all work is carried out according to Workplace Health & Safety regulations.

Gate frames

We fabricate custom hinged or sliding gate frames made from SHS and RHS materials, including all hinges and hardware. Hinged gate frames are typically used for fence and security gates, and sliding gate frames are suitable for driveway gates. We offer manufacture and installation of all gate frames, including remote automation. Should you require a feature gate, we can also fabricate decorative gates in a wide variety of patterns and finishes.
